NECK EXERSIZE PHONOgraphics is a collective alliance of San Diego hip-hop artists dedicated to do-it-yourself underground music. Our aim is to provide hip-hop heads worldwide with a constant supply of head-banging music and to bring together crews from all over the globe in order to preserve the integrity of true underground hip-hop music.

We have come together as a collaboration of several crews from all over Southern California. Members of the Pyramid Formation (First Power Crew, Roundtable MCs, and 9MM), ATT Crew, ICONS, and Tribe of Kings crews are all together in the association of NECK EXERSIZE. DJs, MCs, graf writers, and b-boys/b-girls make up the whole of our masses- adding many different ideas and visions to our master plan. On a constant mission of upliftment of hip-hop culture, we strive to bring our sound to the masses. Stay tuned to this site, as we intend to develop an interactive and resourceful place for hip-hop heads to congregate and trade ideas, philosophies, and most of all, music.
